Our reports are based on the information made available by the Insurer and the Policyholder as well as the client’s self-reporting. Income Protection Services cannot be held liable for any omissions, errors or changes to the circumstances which may invalidate this assessment. Income Protection Services generally abides by the Case Management Society UK’s (CMSUK) Standards of practice. The vocational rehabilitation services of Income Protection Services are not provided or intended for medico-legal purposes and the report will not have been prepared to be presented in court and should not be used in court. Our reports are not intended to be a medico-legal opinion on the client’s injuries, treatment or possible future incapacity.
The assessments are conducted by professional independent Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants and reports are is intended for vocational rehabilitation purposes only. The recommendations that made in our reports are subject to medical guidance.
By submitting any referral form from this website, the referrer confirms that the funding for the assessment has been agreed directly by referrer or third party and that the invoice will be paid in full within 30 days.
